This Privacy Policy explains how the "Bourloto" app (the "App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information you provide or that is generated when you use it. By using the App, you accept the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide
• Player name (username)
• Answers/ranges you enter for in-game questions
b. Automatically collected data
• Device technical details (e.g. model, operating system, language)
• Usage data (e.g. session duration, screens viewed)
• IP address and advertising ID where permitted
• Error and crash report data
• Diagnostic and session replay data to detect errors and improve stability; screen capture uses masking (text and images in the UI are obscured) so sensitive on-screen content is not sent; technical interaction events (e.g. paywall or ad opened/closed) may be recorded without their visual content
c. In-app purchase and subscription data
• We do not receive or store full payment details (e.g. card numbers); payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
• To enable premium features and maintain purchase/subscription status, we or a third-party provider on our behalf (e.g. RevenueCat) may process data such as: app user ID, product/subscription identifiers, subscription status, transaction/receipt details as provided by the store platform (not full card details), and device/app technical data required to verify purchases.

3. Why We Use Data

• To run core game functionality (room management, scoring, answer ranges)
• To serve in-app advertising
• To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions, verify premium entitlements, and restore purchases
• To analyze usage and improve the experience (statistics, interface, performance)
• To detect and fix errors
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

The following third parties may receive access to some of the data above, under their own privacy policies:

• AdMob – ad display

• Google Analytics for Firebase – usage metrics and statistics
• Firebase Crashlytics – error/crash reports
• Sentry – error reports, performance monitoring, and (where enabled) session replay for troubleshooting; may include device technical data, interaction events (e.g. paywall, ads), and masked screen captures; data is processed on Sentry infrastructure (e.g. EU region)
• Google Play Services – core Android services (e.g. identifiers, APIs)
• RevenueCat (or equivalent subscription management provider) – verification and sync of in-app purchase/subscription status
• Apple (App Store) / Google (Google Play) – payment and transaction processing under their policies; we do not control how Apple or Google process your payment data

We do not sell or share your answers or usernames with third parties except the providers listed above, unless required by law.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:
• Performance of a contract (providing the App)
• Legitimate interests (improving and securing services)
• Consent (e.g. personalized ads where explicitly requested)

6. Data Security

We use standard industry safeguards (SSL/TLS, access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable) to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

User data is kept as long as needed for game purposes and for up to 24 months from last active use, unless longer retention is required by law.
